Call to Arms for BRAVO COWBOYS It has come to my attention that many, like me, have bought a Bravo Annihilator WAY before the skills might deem it a suitable purchase, but DON'T CARE, 'cause it makes a lovely WHOOSH noise and BIG MOBS FALL OVER.
They, like me, have had to face CRITICISM for high ammo burn, SCORN for slow reload time..... well all this must change. We feckless few do some real damage, from 150 metres+..... if only some of the time we fire.
Like owners of V8's in a fuel crisis, we blaze away laughing while the concerned, efficient types shake their heads.

LET'S MEET... ALL (especially Amped)BRAVO OWNERS... LET'S FORM "WASTERS"(Weapons Above Skill Take Extreme Reloading Squad).....
Place ? you decide... Time ?.... well, my idea... so it would have to be 9pm GMT Friday nights. Every Friday, we could crest a hill with fifty Bravo's.... what could stand in our way.
Hope this raises an interest. Ambulimax, Argonauts, Robots, whatever. Lets make something extinct.

I'll buy a Bravo just for the fun if you get this going - but it would have to be weekend daytime (UMT-8)

Could you imagine like 30 Bravo owners standing in a row, and start with the first one firing at a spider, could make a good video!! ;)
 
response looks encouraging....

... I reckon start with a run to Argo land in Amethera... if it's all good in the Bravo hood we take it to SW of Troy and pepper some spiders. Any better suggestions?

also... what's the maximum in a team? (we could have several teams i suppose)... I'd like to see the Pker's try to spoil THAT party....:)
 
maybe the oilrig? ;) make a circle around the rig and blast those nasty alphas back where they came from

Will definitely try to make it, still using my bravo, lot easier standing still and get the mobs to come to me.

oh snap, thats a good idea, cause bravos do hit pretty hard, but ya would need some vent program or something to organize it, hunting spiders with 10 bravos, lol

Be an Honour to have you along my friend... I remember you running me out of that outpost west of Echidna when i was a gnome-shinned noob in November.

This is taking real shape now... My Soc has 3 Bravo's.... many replies... lets get at least 20 to make it work, 20 definites for Friday and/or Saturday Night(s)... Location suggestions please..... South of Echidna into the Zone?
Robots? let's decide.
Loot would have to be equal..... and what is a vent programme/the need for one?

vent is a program ran outside of p.e., it allows you and whoever to communicate via microphone, instead of typing directions, i use this whenever i do a serious team hunt (hardly ever) just so we dont attract too many big mobs and such small details.
 
It won't be nearly as complicated as that!

I was thinking more of using All chat... Everyone getting in a line or two... and walking South! Everything else should come naturally. Tell you what, why not get the Mini-Sweeper owners along for their own team? Excellent friendly competition and a lot of fun to watch!
 
I dont have a Marber Bravo, but this sounds fun :) would you accept someone with a Lichter Hunting Carbine though? :)

I'm ready. Lets do the bravo hunt and go for Hogglo. We need some open space so we can use the range of our fire power.

Let meet at TI north and make team(s) Dmg/Dmg and the run south to Hogglo area.

Hogglo they are big and hit hard but we do tooooooo - lol

I surggest that we meet at the TI nort tp at 12:00 MA time and make teams today Wensday 1. february
 
Other mobs also ok - but they have to be big and live in an open space....

Nothing special, and nothing new...
It's only that after every new VU is applied, I read reports of strange things happening... whether it be armor decay, or missed shots, or missed faps, or Guinness-sized no-looters, etc...

Well, indeed i'll be really really glad if you can prove me wrong and get some ATHs!

Definitely!! I'm in! What a cool idea. Bravo's are always good in a team because they get the first big hit in and the get attention of the mob with a huge blast (especially an amp'd bravo). I can only imagine how magnificent it would be to have 50 of them waste a spider! Let me know when and where - I'll be there.

One of the best ideas I've heard in a long time. Bravo's are underesimated :)
