I can't login as it says im still logged in.. it has done this for 5 min..

i was in Twins in the square building and had a Connection lost. afterwards i can't login.

Could anyone go and check if im logged in?.

(Btw. im using goldcard. So i aint expecting a hack)
 
i got the same problem and i knw of shin also got same problem so we all in the same boat :)
 
Prolly just a temp bug.

Or Marco logging in to check things out :D

how long you had this problem, and did you fill a support case?
 
I just got kicked out of the game and it said i was still logged in for about 5 min.

then i decided to restart and the clientloader is down for me. SO i guess its just a bug that happens when the server goes down/
 
Im in woods, same problem!!! I hope im not get killed by mobs, cose i was mine oil, or i dont loose my claims:S
 
Weird EF is kicking me from log in everytime i change pages :mad:


I wasnt in twin either i was in the middle of nowhere lol

I'm not able to log in either atm ... was in ND's Conrtol Room at the time "Connection Was Lost."

Avatar already logged on...

Same here, Avatar already logged on... I was hunting in OL-24 on Amethera (south of New Oxford, the new eastern LA).

Already bugged support too (under Deposit ;)), even asking them to immediately lock my account if they see any kind of activity not coming from my IP, but still no answer (40mins ago...)

Shame is that I'm one of those waiting for those damned GoldCard to be shipped again, so that situation really pissed me off...

BTW, first thing I did when I noticed I couldn't get back after a 5mins was to get in the CL and change password immediately... second step: MyItems list :p

Well, at least I know I'm not alone! :D

lol all they could ever find on my account, in case of hacking, is sweat :D
If they are in such need for it...lol what can i say hahaha
 
me too for 1 hour now made support case at nae i whas i think
 
Support Case have been made, And my brother has been logged in to verify that my avatar seems bugged. As it shows my appearence but not my name when target

That was why you didn't replied on my pm, couldn't understand you always do. I was just asking if you knew anything about "Already logged in"-bugs :)
My friend has the same problem though.

We can easily say i know something about this issue ;). Anyhow i was able to login again ;) so im back in action

Good for you NoBion... I still get served the "Your Avatar is already logged on" RSoD ;)

That happeneed to me too.

I had to reinstall PE to get back on.

On another note...I was killed last night while swimming in a river by Port Atlantis and after being revived i noticed that some one was swimming in place in the river and never moving so i went to check and it was my avatar just sitting their swimming in place not moving and not going away. Not sure if they fixed it or if it finally disappeared after i logged off.
 
Damn annoying

Havent been able to get in for about 5 hours now, same error that avatar is already logged in. How long do Mindark take to answer support issues? Anyone else found a way round this yet?

a friend of mine has this prob too... since hours.

the funny is: i get a msg that he logs off and then after 1 hour i got the message he logs on. but he swear he wasnt and some other soc mates saw him on the FL while i didnt...spooky

FYI....ive been playing all night again....np with logins anymore...
But...still laggy...
 
I keep getting the "Avatar already logged in" error and have not been able to login for many hours.

This despite waiting more than 3 hours, rebooting, disconnecting/ reconnecting to isp, etc.

Have submitted support case. Hope they can resolve this soon. :(
 
I have the same problem.
Got disconnected while around the oil rig on 8 May, approx 16:35 MA time.
My RL husband Jacko can see me as being logged on. He PM'd the the ppl I was in a team with and they could see me standing there.
A few hours later he had the message on the screen that Mags left Entropia Universe. Great I thought, I can log on again. As I started up my laptop, and before I had the time to log on, he saw the message ' Mags has now joined the Entropa Universe'. But I did not log on!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I had a very bad sleep, (concerned about hackers)!!!!!!
It's now Tuesday morning for me and I stil get the message that my avatar is logged on.
I filed a support case instantly, but I don't think MA works around the clock.
And there is no way contacting them, which is wrong considering the amount of peds involved. Any other service company has a 24 / 7 service where you can contact support, why do we not get this service from MA ???

A very very very very concerned Mags :( :( :( :( :( :(

:eek: you unlocked a new skill: cloning

now u can do ping pong on your own, shoot yourself in the ass or whatever :rolleyes:
 
18 hours has passed now, still "your avatar is already logged on" :mad:
