Never been pked, and of course never went to oil rig so i don't know how it feels.

Will be waiting for your feedback

Its quite fun atching the battle going on out there though.

would be good to command an army to take that on.... but that wont be for awhile yet

I has heardz of dis rick too. I was reedin bout it cos I was seein how to gets free monies beforre I cans deposits monies into the games.

Maybe you should find some player wot is good at killin dose trox, I found one of dem and it kills me wit no problem. Akiranblade can kill dose hoggerlos easily so many someone dike him should take you down until you can kell dem yoursilf?

Well, all I can say is, Good luck to you! I made it there once and lived, very briefly, to tell the tale. Got a nice photo as well (it's on the mantlepiece at home). I can tell you this: When I made it that once, I came up from the outpost at the SW. On the happy occasion of my success, I ran east a bit, and then straight north to the rig. The mobs seemed to be blind that time, as I ran right past them. Maybe it will work out that way for you as well.

Thanx Acaffrey, i started learn english when i was 18 and i do not get to uze it mutch. i spesks fore uther language from i was child. it is good that you understand we people. You are welcome in my humble house anytime.

You've welcome DaN00b. It winds me up when people pick on others poor english when it is not their first langauage. Give them a break.

You seem like the sort of player we want in EU, it is impressive you have already seen hogglo. I assume you explored around the Treasure Island Teleporter to see them? Don't expect to kill one of them for a long time though, they are one of the toughest monsters in the game! Only highly skilled players (such as me lmao) can kill them :tongue2:

Nice Noob - the English language is very hard to learn much less spell...looks like your typing how you feel is spelt, which is the first step...alot of peps out there spell that way.

You want to hear my french and as far as writing in french goes well a five year old could do far better. And I lived there for a couple of years and had a reasonable amount of tuition in school :D

i sometimes forget that not everyone here can speak english, so i can see where that comment may come from! making the assumption everyones first language is english, i always do it!

i cant speak anymore languages and have alot of time for people that have learned or trying to learn!
my english is crap, feel free to pull me down on it! maths was my callin at school, not english :D

I suspect that DaN00b's English is not really as bad as it seems. He can't decide if it is Hogloos or Hoggerlos but seems to spell Akiranblade with no trouble. His posts remind me of a guy from another time and place called Skater Gnome.

I think shouting "Please don't kill me", in any PVP area... you're as good as dead. I was once told by someone who lives at the rig to be wary of ppl who don't chat while they're close by. That you should at least say Hi and hope that they leave you alone. I think it's all in who you know upon your arrivial :D
 
now that it's been mentioned, he does remind me quite a bit of skater gnome...those were some good reads once upon a time

as for the oil rig, i've also been told that the best bet is to say 'hi' to people you run into there, sometimes a 'just passing through' or the like works, too. warned that 'please don't kill me' or just running silent are both likely to get one shot...not that i've ever actually been to the rig itself, but i always got past the players i encountered in the area. just the atrox had many a snack on my several attempts
