OK Lets try to keep this one constructive and keep the padlock open....

If you could frame a question of MA, what would that question be?

Perhaps, if we can word these questions in a non argumentative way, MA can take note and perhaps use these questions in a position statement...

Let me start it off...

Question:

How is support currently organized, what is the current method of escalation and what steps are you implementing or considering to improve responsiveness?

Many people here feel that MA is increasingly putting the concerns of the active player base second to profit/PR to attract more new players. What response can you give to reassure them that this is not the case?

"Can you please show me the complete algorithm to determine the amount of loot a mob has when you loot it?"... Thanks

can MA understand the concerns of the community over the recent trapping ath, and how do they feel they dealt with the situation?

Do you consider current level of communication between you and customers sufficient or do you plan to improve it?
