At first, I'd like to make clear to everyone that this is not a second account, nor a way to impersonate another player.
Sarah has been quite busy in real life for a long time, and thus, I have been helping her out with some coloration for over a years time now. The old player, who is also the owner of the account and the one registered as Sarah here on the forums, may still be contacted through that account. The reason why I decided to create an account on EntropiaForum called Sarah Charlton, was because I'm unable to borrow Sarah's account in order to contact customers or make new threads regarding the coloring services on Sarah. This is because Sarah is still using the account a lot to contact old friends, and would like to keep those discussions private.
So, don't misunderstand me. I am the one who have been coloring most of your items for over a years time now, the original player does still log in from time to time, but not as often because of all the work in real life.
I see this as a way to give out information without having to use websites or other forums, the fact that the original player have been so busy means that the PMs which were sent to Sarah regarding coloring may not have been answered that fast. So, any questions regarding coloring in Entropia Universe should be sent to me instead, and any questions or comments to the original player should still be sent to the account "Sarah" here on EntropiaForum.
I hope you all understand this, and that it does not cause much confusion. It will however allow me to communicate with you all a lot easier.
