Thought for a moment that I got a global. I offer this up for the note-cracking community :wtg::

and it decodes to 12656565 :D
 
Ermmm, hate to tell you this but to me that decodes as follows


B000 = 45056 in decimal

65536 = 24hr in hextime

so

(45056 / 65536) = 0.6875 of a day

= 16.5 hours

i.e. 16:30 CET

which means the 50+ of us that turned up at the event site were 5 1/2 hours late.

23.00 would be F555. 16.30 is right. So everybody was waiting at the right place but wrong time ;)
 
btw, the error was that 45056/4096 = 11 Hexhours and not pm
