I notice most kinetic attack chip I do cold damage, but I recieve electric skill. Can anyone confirm if it does cold damage as the chip says it does 3 Cold, as the rest do electric. Maybe a bug, but support said it works correctly. I think it does electric, but I'm no pro at damage types.
