When and if LA's will be made available for sale is based on the playerbase of the planet, so i wouldnt expect lands for sale unless theres a shitload of activity there first ("there" being whatever planet one is thinking about...).

If its a small %age of income that goes to where the ava started by default=makes sense as an incentive to make new people join for a Planet partner, but if its a large part of it (or all of it) then where is the incentive to make a great planet for the players, since regardless where the people...
