If im not mistaken there are 2 complete sets ingame (including this one) + some parts.
First set that was completed is owned by an avatar that spent years gathering, decently illustrated by the fact that this, to my knowledge, is the first time a full set has ever been up for sale?
Hence its also kinda hard to price since theres no history of sales, but feel free to make offers, you might get lucky

In total tt is around 1500peds=supreme for long hunts without losing protection btw.
Armor is not tiered, but most parts should be @0.9 or close, since several in soc used the armor on a daily basis since we got it.
Immediate buyout: 50k including tt.
Peds preferred ofc, but might consider taking an item + peds in exchange provided someone in soc can use it.
