Actualy who fcking cares. Even if its second avatar (i am 80% sure it is) it very easy to make it legal - ask ur mom, dady, sister, wife, friend etc to create it. Make all data correct, deposit or just give peds from ur main to it. Tehnicaly its posible. Everything will be legal then. MA cant...
