I used a Visa check card through a credit union for 3 years that had no fee for foreign transactions. Worked great. Now they recently started this stupid waiver to use your check card internationally for $17.00 annually. :( I then used a Visa check card through a different bank...and they do...

If 2 LAs have the exact same DNA/Maturity/Tax rate but 1 consistently has a higher loot return...it would support the notion of a server-based (at least partially) loot pool. If location is the only variable ofc. Would be interesting to do tests to show this, maybe others already have...

The huge amount of PED in this universe compared to the relatively small playerbase is quite impressive IMO. This ratio of $/Player shows there is an awful lot of trust. Sure, maybe certain things can be clarified more ingame, such as whether weapon attachments enhance after being 10/10...
