7 days and not possible to logg in due to GC error ?

hi,
sent support on the 23 dec and it seems they looked at it at the 28 th dec .

I cant still logg in and its the 31 th dec today !!!!


the GC asks for resync all the time .

edit , my son can play perfectly so no Pc issue

Me too.

I've been locked out of the game since October 11th with exactly the same GC issue.

Mindark haven't even put a note on my ticket despite it being logged as a "Login issue" with the title "Can't login".

The worst part is when they email you after two weeks: "Entropia Universe Account Inactivity - We noticed that you haven't been logged in to Entropia Universe for a time now and we don't want you to miss the opportunity of being a continuous part of our virtual community."

If you really want to play you can ask support to temp. deactivate your gc till it gets fixed.

seems like a lot of people getting this same issue, I guess its the auth server then..
