Question: About equipment condition

Is there a corolation between the tt condition of the equipment that we use, the chairs and toolkits, and the success or failure of an operation that is atempted?

Happened few time that i was failling much when my toolkit was almost broke. But was just coincidence i believe, because there is some low success time even regardless the toolkit.

It's random imo...ehm... dynamic i mean
