Hello,
i get a message on login saying 'this account is blocked'


anyone else ever had this happen?

what could i have done wrong?

and how long can it take before i can go back online?

i have no idea what i might have done wrong so sudden.
 
blocked, or locked?
Try again, and if it wasn't a bug contact ma support.

what could you have done wrong? pretty much anything mentioned in the eula, stepping on Neverdie's or ma's feet.. or in other way piss off the wrong ppl.

how long can it take before you get back online? From an hour to a lifetime.. depends what you did/are suspected of doing.

i might have been a little rude to support but i already apologized and i've sent far worse in the past so i thought that could not be it.
i guess i have to wait for them to reply.
but i doubt it that they will give me the reason of blocking..

Might ? :p

I dident know we could get blocked for losing it with support ! I kinda hope its some other reason, as EU can be so frustrating sometimes, im sure alot of people vent on support ! Terrible if they lock/block/ban people for this.

I suppose it depends on if the venting includes threats of bodily harm :D

Depends what you have done to get locked.

For example, if you have scammed people of items and made multiple accounts and transfered those items between them in such a way a 5 year old child could call the situation rotten to the core ....... Ma will probably unlock you within a week and ignore the whole situation from then onwards
allowing you to do it again.

Just an example.

keeping in mind they have records meaning one manages to fuckup again your more likley to not sprinkle poo on your toes but shit your whole leg xD
 
i've only called them 'wankers' on the support..
i already apologized if that was it...

main problem is that i have items of friends
i have a mall shop borrowed from a friend
i keep it open for us and our friends so i have a boatload of items which arent mine.

i didnt scam anyone for these items.
i'm no fake.

Nah was just saying how unpredictable MA locks can be, wasnt suggesting you had done anything.

But, try walking into a store and call the desk staff "Wankers" and see how long it takes you get banned from that store - its no differant doing it over the internet dude.
 
if they would block me for that it would be weird cause it was one of my more friendly cases.

i filed lots of cases and never had them block me

i didnt even think it was possible for me to get blocked.

just an ordinary joe trying to play around

just tried to login to get the message..
i can log back in now :)
the message was after password before time code.

'This account is blocked, contact support for further inquiries'

but it seems fixed now
i have no idea why i was blocked for a day.

Hmm, maybe you can send a support case to inquiry about this? :) I'm pretty sure MA can... errr... mess up with things at times, but they won't block people without a good reason. Just remember to please, please, be really nice to the support fellas, just in case. :eek:

You didn't just type the wrong password three times or something? I think accounts used to get temp locked for that.. Dunno how it works now.
