Account Login Issues on EU acc page err 425

Trying to log in to my entropia account on website to check on a support case , but i keep getting error 425 message, I can log in to servers to play game thankfully just not able to access anything account related on website . Has anyone else expierenced this and if so how did you fix it ? thanks in advance for your time have a great day
 
If you got access to a VPN, give that a try, just for logging in to the webpage.

If that works then your IP is probably blocked. You could try resetting your router to pull a new IP if you have a dynanic IP.
 
okay thanks, no vpn access but wondering why my IP would be blocked? Im able to log into game but not website if IP was blocked would that not prevent me from accessing game as well?

If you are unable to log in due to 425 error (IP problems), it's most likely because of too many failed login attempts in a short amount of time (for example, by trying to log in while there are server issues) at an earlier time. If you still experience this error, please contact livesupport via the chat on https://www.entropiauniverse.com/ or https://www.planetcalypso.com/ about it, and provide them with your IP address.
 
Live support fixed this in a few minutes fo me.
 
Happened to me when was in game on computer and had a issue logging into account online through phone to make a deposit, long story short deposit failed was trying to get ahold of support, logging in and sending tickets and instant chat etc. resolved itself after server save next day was able to log in dont panic like I did lol
 
Was instant chat on website, cause couldn't send support ticket cause of errors, and they talked to me and gave me a email to email them, but also told me to wait till server restart. Waited next day was able to log into website like normal and make my support tickets and communicate getting my deposit error fixed. They took care of me and was prompt just takes a little time and patience hope this helps
 
live support did register my case.

Restart yours router to get new ip. Had similar problem 2-3 weeks ago when my router was not restarted i think over 3 months and I get that error when trying to log into entropia items page. I had issue also when logging via my mobile phone when connected to my wi-fi but no issues when I switch to LTE connection on phone. Issue is yours ip.

I've been having the same error 425 issue trying to file a support case today.

Here's what Livesupport says is the solution:
Loki
Okay please try to login again after 24 hours.
Loki
But please try to not login on the 24 hours period.
Loki
Then try to login again on the website after the 24 hour period.
Loki
You need to wait after the 24 hour then you can file a support case.

As a result I'm still waiting for 24 hours to pass, I was not given the option to provide my IP. :unsure:
Maybe a memo needs to be sent to Livesupport.
 
happening to me also.....i have to disconnect from wifi and use my phone....

I contacted support...they said they cant do anything....and will contact the technical department to let them know of the issue...dont waste your time with live support....
 
Hello today and few days before I have the same situation, I can not access to my entropia account,/ Yesterday "i wrote support- they wrote me back but I coundnt see it, page was just blank. Just like today, It worked for while, but after 10 am I could not log into. Did I do something wrong or what?

Had same issue last week during 2 or 3 days, desipte not using a VPN nor entereing incorrect credentials.
Coudln't even register a support case.
Now it's working.
