What about if we dont want to disable windows defender or antivirus? We wont be able to log in untill you will fix it or you wont fix the issue at all?

Other users have reported being able to bypass the issue by temporarily disabling Windows Defender real-time protection while patching the Entropia Universe client. Be sure to re-enable real-time protection after logging into Entropia Universe.

This has been directly suggested by support - to disable all defenses and expose certain ports in router.

Even when this is an offical statement of the support or any MA member, disabling the security is never ever the solution when there is a virus warning with detailed info about the trojan that is coming with the update.
