Unfortunately, there are currently NO Arkadia Tetxture BP's .... 
I would know I tried clicking THOUSANDS of textures to loot some Arkadia ones but to my dismay they're not released yet

They're quite easy to loot atm, I wouldn't be surprised if as soon as the update for the textures comes out that the hides would be harder to obtain causing a jump in MU

We're doing these Oro missions and getting a shit load of those skins...
