There's one at Jason I believe.

I think there are a few more but I haven't paid attention to them. I can't login to check at the moment.

Hadesheim and Zychion have bars where no one ever goes...

Now... Nymphtown, Troy and Fury are a bit more lively...
Twin is a very noisy place to go. So, you should avoid that one.

It even has a NPC selling weapons, different to the TT ones.

By the tp in Zychion the's a door and some stairs up. It's halfway up..

Oh, I just remembered the "One Eyed Billy Bar!" at Treasure Island, it even has a tapped keg of "Parley BEER -Gets you hooked-" though there is no bartender there to serve you.
