Want to buy an small apartment somewhere on earth, the cheaper the better..

I have a single large room with balcony apartment and great view over the water (well.... will be great when CE2 comes out) on in-game auction for I believe +1200 PED. Currently, all other apartments of this size are being auctioned at +1499 PED.
