Can't you check auction data instead of making a thread about it?

Edit: I checked and there's a weird uptick and that's probably what you meant. Current price is like 30-31 judging by the cheapest offers on auction. But that uptick is weird, maybe someone mistakenly bought some for several times the actual price, but how likely is that?

yeah, someone bought deed for 400ped each, either its market manipulation or a big big mistake... its just weird atm...
