Question: Avatar Run Speed Nerfed?

It seems our avatars are running significantly slower than normal. At first I thought I didn't have my speed ring on, but sure enough I did. Several others have noted the same. Seems we're just running really slowly now.

I have no test data to compare to but most likely we're just making bigger steps less often.
