Someone traded me this back when it was still CND. I think I’ve been there once.
Trying to figure out what it’s worth. Market Value isn’t much help.
I think someone has another asteroid apartment on auction for 1800 PEDs.

Any thoughts?

Way back in the days ND sold them for 1000 PED. There were plenty on auction and ppl bought them as storage options since CND had no storage terminals.

When he was liquidating CND he still had a bunch left over and lowered the price to 250 PED.

IDK if that helps, but today there is no active market for those so I guess the price is set to whatever someone is willing to pay for it.

Yeah, I have no idea. Most of my knowledge of the game is from years ago. I see people complaining about a lack of real estate for sale, so I figured I’d see if there was an interest. I certainly don’t need it. Truth be told, I wasn’t even sure if the asteroid was still operational.
