As title says. I am buying dexterity skill. I am only interested in full chips.

Why?
This is my final leap towards unlocking black paint. An ability that will be enjoyed by all of the PE community. Dexterity doesn't help much, but it helps a little, and chipping with Dexterity will be cheaper than chipping/skilling Color Clothes or Color Matching.
Any help or contribution would be gladely appriciated and rewarded. PM me for more details if you have any special offers in mind.

Prices:
- 310 PED for a full chip (0.99 PED) or
- 200 PED for filling one of my Generic chips (you need ~1800 levels to be able to fill a chip)
