Probably just the generic wool texture. You can get wool for 100% mu all day every day then the bp costs 1 pec and the extractors are like 110%

No just wrong name, I think it's Striped wool. Not by a computer currently.

Ceteris paribus (other things being equal), the cheapest textures MU-wise are usually whatever ore is at 101% (currently - niksarium).

Two factors you need to consider are:
- refining costs - the lower the unit tt, the higher those %-wise (because refining cost is based on the unit count);
- the fact that all residue from ore textures is 101-something metal residue and not mostly useless tailoring remnants.

Extractor MU, on the other hand, becomes pretty much irrelevant when extractors make up 1% or less of the total cost.

In practice, other things are however rarely equal as you need to consider QR of available blueprints.
