Help: Can anyone derive TT Value of skills?

So I have 3 sets of 16 skill window screen shots which I need to translate into TT Values (only a few specific skills actually differ in each set). I have tried at least three different tools which can supposedly do this for me, but with no success. If I post either the screen shots, or the approximate skill value numbers, can anyone do this calculation? Or perhaps someone can post the elusive formula, which would do the trick just as well. =P

Have you tried this one?

if nothing is working you could calculate it with those tables, for example the one which was on entropia tools.... sadly entropia tools is down now and i have now idea where to find something like that again, but fur sure in the forums too

Thanks, I tried the scanner tool, but not that one. I'll look into it!
