Can't log in my avatar?

wtf is going on??
when i went in cnd at 10. north dome, then just PE makes restart, and now i have tried many many times, but still the same: when PE is loading, then just its closed and say:" Crash detected"
every time same thing:S

but other avatars can log in with this PC...
i have supported this case too, but still no answers:(
 
Have you tried deleting the two files in the cache, located somewhere like:

C:/Program Files/Mindark/Entropia Universe/Data/Cache
 
i have to delete them?
 
Yes, should just be two files, I think they store some cached gfx data to save a full reload when returning to an area (not 100% but that's my guess on what they do)
 
heh, atm i try download EU again, if this not help, then i`ll try your way

Reloading EU will clear the cache files anyway, so you wont need to do it again :)
 
but what might be reason that i can log in other avatars, but not mine?
 
I had the same problem with two people using the same PC some months back, I couldn't log in using my account but my mate could log on straight after I tried, he doesn't have GC and I do, don't know if that was part of the issue.

I contacted support and they said clear the cache files, I did and I could log straight back in.

If you haven't yet submitted a support case to MA, I would suggest doing so.

This isn't an official MA forum so it is pretty unlikely any MA employee will see this thread. Please refrain from addressing MA directly (see forum rule #19). Also please try to refrain from typing in the obscenities...

I sympathise with your problem, hope you get it sorted out.

now i see, i cant go in any dome with my avatar....
 
i can be only au rooms, if i try to go somewhere else then EU kicks me out:confused:
 
hmm, but, is then better graphic card needed in cnd?
my graphic card runs perfectly in calypso:confused:
 
I have 128MB GeForce FX 5200
its little bit old yes, but works til yesteday fine.

Has it worked at all since the update (on Wednesday if I remember right)?

If not, seems likely this is the problem. Would be worth updating your support case to check if this graphics card is still supported.

Same problem as you dude.. Cant even log in to account on entropiauniverse.com to make a deposit.
