No, and there is a simple reason:
The site has been reworked, entirely, and the top ten game voting is no longer part of the new site.

Instead of old (dead) links, they redirect your attempts to request an outdated/removed page to archive.omgn.com where you can view the old stuff.

And the "view" is the main point here (read only), because that means that the voting (writing to database) is no longer operational.

(maybe visit http://www.omgn.com/ directly and check out their new site - if you open http://www.omgn.com/topgames/vote.php you will end up at the archived version)
