13*60 seconds to kill
1/100 regen= 1% per second, hence 100% every 100 seconds
1/300 ped/hp (dmg per pec flipped - (divide mob hp by 300 to approximate the cost, 300 is generous which would be like shooting a maxed MM+a204 100% of the time and never missing)
