clientload not a win 32 program?

i have trubels with the new vu.
after i downloaded it, it tells me the clientloader.exe is not a win32 program.


What do i do now ?

game will not start for me ?

Two things may have happened.

1. The entropia Universe exists as both 32 and 64 bit versions and the wrong version has been downloaded by mistake. This is unlikely.

2. The file "clientloader.exe" is corupted and you should reinstall.

Same problem here, reinstalling/ downloading now... Hope it works soon.

Same problem for me. I see threads about this in every version they release it seems, that's a big problem they should address, or at the very least give us a solution that's not re-installing the game. Very poor support there.

Yep, had the same prob, did a clean uninstall and simply redownload it now.
47 mins to go

My game is working now, fresh new install. did not fix my allmost nonexcistant loot though...
