Question: Coloring skills & paint TT

Not sure if this belongs here or in crafting, but here it is.
I'm wondering about how much TT of various paints it would take to reach the 300, 1k, and 2k skill points level in coloring and color matching. Also any advice on the best way to skill will be appreciated.

any coloring atempt may give u skill, so the tt depends on the paint u chose and the amount u add...so only u can answer to that
