Connection Lost....

Hi Forum,

im nearly new to EU. If im ingame sometimes i can play hours without any issues but sometimes i got a connection lost every 2-10 minuets.
any idea how to fix?

Hardware AMD 5950x with 32Gb of Ram.
and an RTX 4080
my network speed is hostet with 1000mbit down and 50mbit up
ill try to fix it with the connection settings in the Launcher Tools.. starting from low to high but it didnt fix.
also ill try so set grafic settings from very high to low and also to safe mode.. but nothing changes..

as last option ill verify local date one time and after that ill reinstall the game in installed it again.

if anybody can help i would be thankful

Migh be a certain server problem. I personaly have way more connection lost while im on RT then any other planet.
You might fix the game files and see will that help.

ill got that problem on calypso and also on cyrene..

Your system is way to powerfull this actualy makes the Server think you are the Super Administrator, who Was banned years ago, because his might was so powerfull that it caused a rift in the known universe.

Deactivate Audio streaming and join the brotherhood this was a solution for me

Hello, I got the same exact issue last weeks.

I recorded a support case for MA, but I don't know if they did anything.
I finally set my "Connection Speed" to "56 kbit (Modem)" in the Loader, as recommended in their Support FAQ. (https://account.entropiauniverse.com/support-faq/technical-issues-1/start-login-connection-fa/)

The issue now seems fixed, I can stay up to 10 hours connected, and there is no visible impact to game.

Thay maybe should work on this ill try my best.. and set up the speed to 56k now..
