Hi

I am new to this so sorry if i do anything wrong

Since the new update happened earlier EU has been messing up , I lost connection every hour and now i can even logg on for more than 5 seconds!

I dunno what's happening

Thx If you could post your suggestion or any help at all.

hmm, could be a number of things ... not sure what to tell you, but you might look here for some suggestions.

if those fail, i suppose you'll need to either 1) wait and see if the situation improves, or 2) file a support case

hey, ive had the same problem this VU but only in built up areas ie when in town using storage or TT/repair and the odd time out hunting mining.....

ive set a report to MA support on main entropia web u may want to do the same

they now have asked me to use 'Ping plotter' from ping plotter.com and send that to them

I just tried to logg on after letting EU chill when it said it was down for Mantiance(or however you spell it )

Has anyone else had this problem now? or is it still just me?

send a report on Onyx link to support they will reply first with everything u have tried allready then they will ask u to do a few more things which u will try...then it will be VU8.12 and eveything will be fine again...

I carnt get in now, can you tell us in more detail what you did please..

I've re-installed the game - added new display drivers - its all still the same.
