Entropia Universe 15.7.0 Release Notes

  • Mining finders will now use available Universal Ammo in place of Survey Probes.
  • (L) Rings can now be converted to Universal Ammo using any refiner tool. Note that the ring must be at max value for the transformation to work.
  • Consumable pills have new graphics to make them easier to differentiate from one another.
  • Social skills are no longer included in the skill point total in the skill user interface.
Known Issues

  • There is an issue causing some item info panel models and Strongbox Items to show up as dark or missing.
MindArk and the Planet Partners strive to ensure a smooth and problem-free Version Update. Nevertheless, even after extensive testing some issues may arise after release. Such issues are often addressed via mini-patches directly after a release and in subsequent patches. If you feel that the possibility of encountering minor issues or bugs directly after a Version Update affects your gameplay to an extent that Entropia Universe is not enjoyable, please wait until the mini-patches have been released and any last minute issues have been resolved.

Changes
  • The “Blow Them All to Hell” mission now requires activating a control panel to proceed instead of waiting in the area.
  • The “Liaison Atwell’s Request” mission now awards one Generic Nano Adjuster 0010. If you have already completed the mission, speak to the Liaison Atwell NPC to receive the new reward.
  • Liaison Atwell’s dialogue has been updated and polished.
  • The Imperial Guardians now offer upgrades to the Vigilante armor parts.
  • The missions “Fertile Waters” and “Washed Up” will now give waypoints when approaching the relevant areas.
  • Several robots have received sound updates.
  • Several inactive NPCs have been removed.

Fixes
  • The item info panel for some weapons (such as the EWE EP-1 Neutron (L)) referred to the old default key settings, this has been corrected.
  • The Fugabarba Daily Hunt missions have had their text updated regarding spawn locations.
  • Harvestable trees will no longer spawn inside Cape Corinth, Atlas Haven and Fort Ithaca.
  • Ground cover vegetation is back in several areas.

  • The Arkadian Startroom where new Arkadians first arrive has seen some improvements.
  • Aakas Team instances now require a team of at least two avatars to enter, speak to Marianna Loehr in the same room if you want to run it alone.

Smugglers
  • We are not sure what the Smugglers are up to but a message from them promised to reveal the info to their members in a weeks time.

  • Gold Rush event entry have been removed
  • Mutated Beladoth Stalker has had its level adjusted slightly
  • Harry and Xerxes have been working on the Drillrig to make the top is accessible
  • IFN Officer Cadet Access card now shows the correct model

Known issues
  • Smuggler Clothes in mission dialogue still displays as decayed, this is just a display bug
  • Smuggler Beret and Smuggler Shades missing its inventory icons still

New Additions
Dyanmic Unlocks
  • For this VU we've got two new unlocks from Isle de Zel and Imperium Fortifications.
  • New maturities for Zeladoths, specifically the Zeladoth Male (threat levels 10 - 20) as well as missions associated with them from Tom Weaver on the Turrelion Docks.
  • There's also the dedicated Imperium Officer spawn area located at the following coords: [132058,77412]

Rank 3 Coordinator Missions
The following missions now have an additional rank:
  • You are Poseidon
  • Freshly Hatched
  • Scout Bot Clean Up
  • Overboard
  • Insatiable Hunger
  • The Merfolken Initiative

Holiday Gifts
  • As we get closer to Christmas we've got a special Christmas Mission: One of Santa's helpers is missing his iconic hat, which was stolen by an extra large jellyworm! This jellyworm, which can be summoned by a Christmas Totem, can drop not only past holiday items, but also Seasonal Holiday Themed weapons.
  • The Santa's Help NPC will not be available until after the Mini Patch.
  • We're also working with MindArk to get the holiday gifts out starting the 4th week of December.

Changes
  • Some loot items have been re-calibrated.
  • Some creature spawns have been improved.
  • Some mining spawns have been improved (no locations have changed).
  • Many typographical and grammatical errors have been corrected.

Known Issues
  • Some of the NPCs at A.R.C. Staging are or aren't wearing the correct armor / clothing, this will be corrected in the coming Mini Patch.
  • Support weapons are not currently working properly, this is a platform issue.
  • The Spear MK. III is difficult to maneuver, this is being looked into.
  • The Spear destroyed model becomes invisible, this issue is being looked into.
  • All Cyrene vehicles (P.I.G.V., Spear, Lancer, Dragonfly) have default sounds, this will be addressed in a future patch.
  • Some Quality Ratings information in blueprint book: A.R.C. is incorrect, and this issue is still being looked into.
