Dont want to be an asshole and ruin your idea but...

I would suggest people to download Dreamweaver from adobe.com and explore it. It is simple to create decent-looking website with some patience and right tools.

The reason I suggest this is because of the fact that you cant update a site if you got no skills. Therefore, the socces wouldnt be able to update anything without contacting you.

Just a suggestion though, great initiative
