Cookies security is minimum.. firewall desactived..

1) activate Firewall again, never turn it off
2) what browser do you use? (else I can't help you much)

What is the actual error you get?

In theory, you could copy it, and past into your web browser address bar, and bypass the download page, unless it's the whole EU web site that's blocked to you for some reason.

The download link doesn't seem to work for some people as it is an issue that pops up here every few months. I would suggest that you get in touch with MindArk, the company behind Entropia.
If you have activated an account you can raise a support case with them through the entropia universe website. If you haven't reached that stage there is an email address available somewhere, though I can't remember what it is.
