I had the same Issue last evening.

There was a second team that had the same name as mine:

Merry Mayhem Siam

It is a bit annoying but as i can see my own score i am not that bothered with it.
They are just promoting my name

They need to step up their pace a bit though. We had about 4 globals for every one of theirs.

The worst part, aside from the fact that my team name is creative and super awesome, is that now the tracker stats are all messed up.
