I finally got fed up watching the Ranged BLP (Dmg) crawl towards 45 to unlock wounding.
So decided to check Chipping Optimizer to see how much it would be to chip up to it.Approximately 600 PED.
That's less than I spend on an average hunt. What the hell, go for it.
So 737 PED later, couldn't get the exact chips I needed but all were under market value, Ranged BLP (Dmg) over 45.
Now I need a Ranged damage assessment skill gain. I know. I haven't played with the Feffs for a while. So I put my warm Ninja hood jacket on and went out to play. First Feff I killed wounding unlocked.
No loot oh well next one. No loot on the second or third WTF I thought Feffs were almost all looters now.
Then MA decided to be nice a global...
No wait that's not just a global...
THAT'S A HOF!!
First HOF in a hell of a loooong time and my biggest ever.
Maybe chipping does pay off!
