Do we compete with mobs for deposits?

I was wondering if anyone thinks that we compete with mobs for mining deposits. Robots, Argo's and other mobs routinely drop ores, do you think they actually go after claims (think in the context of the current argo situation) and have an impact on clusters of deposits? Would it then be wise to avoid mining in areas where argos are clustered?

i think its funny idea but i dont think its anything like that but there might be less iron in the ground now that argos drop alot
