My treasures and riches are at TI City Gold building 13H but don't bother trying to get in, you aren't on the list LOL.
 
I do not live in Bilton Towers, however, I very nearly choose that place as my residence. The problem was that I wanted a category G suite, and there were none to be found. I looked at the 7th floor in building #4. The G apartment there was owned by that Callender fellow. I took that as a sign that it would be available. Sadly, that was not the case. Nothing in building 4, floor 7 was for sale. I think the entire floor might be off-market at the moment.

So, I found a G apartment elsewhere. I am not disappointed, as the place is just lovely and will shortly be furnished. In the meantime, well, I just sleep on the floor!

I live in a big house on a hill N of Atlas Island South TP. Had an APT in the beginning, but found i just enjoy having to much crap, like in real life. So i bought the house.

Dont miss my Apt. Looove the hacienda.

I have an apartment in building 3, 4th floor, unit D. Stop by and have a look. Like the convience of the tp out front and can tp to New Oxford Trade Center from inside. ;)

The fantastic people that live there , the art gallery , the deer building with it's shops , the virtual pirate ship thingymebobs and of course in Billton Towers1 ' 3G ' Calypso's funkiest nightspot!! Who wouldn't want to live in Billton Towers!? It's the best!!! ;)

I think that if someone buys an apartment (that is, the estate deed), the estate terminal will still list the previous owner (ie Callendar) until the person with the estate deed chooses to "claim" it, which people without intent of using it themselves (ie resellers) probably won't do.

(My apartment is at kofoku 2c, for me it was a price issue.)
 
Well I have an apartment in Bilton Towers and as I like to travel a lot and not get back long distances I have 3 in TI 2 in Gold and 1 in Bronze and I also have a 5th one at Genesis .. Dont insult me by calling me MAD ... I am a nutter :laugh: and am thinking of expanding my collection looking for 2 at CND as well :eek:

Bilton Towers

Yes, Ive just moved into Bilton Block 4 Apartment 4A

But have very serious complaint to make to MA!!!

COULD THEY PLEASE SEND A WINDOW CLEANER

The view would be great if I could actually see it:(
 
I live on TI in the copper bldg. Yah..furthest from the tp but that's ok coz I am on the water and I rawk it! 17f....but like Kaiser's, the door is always locked. You never know who might drop by ;)
 
I live in Bilton Towers 1 4D... I used to have an appt in Omegatron, then my soc Mates Tanis and Sam bought one in Bilton Towers 1 5D. I visited and loved it. Had a bit of a spalsh of peds amd bought an apt there with a grat view of the bay.
Was it a smart move finantialy???? NO not at the moment... I tried to sell it after a month and noone would even buy it for 900 (250 or so less than i bought it for). But I've grown to love it, at the end of the day its a nice place and less industial and "purpose built for housing" than TI city, Omeg etc.
If MA develop the caves and the Borum and the Galleries, in short develop NO, then its fianantiallyworth being there.
Nice to see Jamhot as a neighbour, but also also in the same block is my soc mates Sam and Tanis and also NEVERDIE and Neomaven. So altleast smart investors like them can see some sort of potential.
Wallpaper is a bit of an issue, though, I never really thought about it till people kept bringing it up in the forum.

Come to Bilton Towers...The most hip place in town, lol.

I do not appreciate the wall paper. Now that we have that out of the way, the complex looks lovely. I'd live there. Go ahead and head there for a look. I've been there and it is only my second day playing.

I did notice a lot of apartments that are not claimed though. :confused:

Of course it will be years before I could afford one, so I have no decisions to make as of yet. :ahh:
 
Our Society has recently moved into Billton Towers # 4 Apartment 3D and we would love to meet our neighbours as well as others so please pop in any time for a visit. Hopefully we shall soon be holding a house-warming party to include champagne & swimming so I'll keep you posted! :D

Well, I dont know. Bilton Towers 4 is a bad block with alot of crime and ruled by gangs the televators smell of piss, there are junkies in the hall ways, also most people carry guns. I think I'll stick to Bilton Towers 1 where its safe, civilised and and the place smells of roses. No Offence:laugh:
 
Hey, since you have mentioned how good Bilton 1 is. You might like to know that I am selling off one of my appartments there : 3E.

It is in auction for only 650PED as I need the ped for skilling atm.

Its a real bargin.. wish I could buy it myself:scratch2:

Myself and the UrbanEnergy society own Bilton 4 Floor 4 accept for 4G. Personally I think Bilton is the best place to be, right in the cultural centre of EU. There are lots of touristic and fun places to visit in Bilton / New Oxford area. Already it has the best apartment disco I have seen in EU, and is often full of friendly people.

We are changing Bilton 4 Floor 4 into a shopping centre and would like to incourage others to do the same with other apartments in Bilton 4. Or even do other things that make Bilton the best place to be.

Personally I think Bilton is the best investment.

#3 ... and I love it!

Regret? No Sir! Unpayable view from my window, beach 50 meters away from televator platform, TP 100 meters. And pretty nice wood with blue sky above and birdies in behind the house. It takes me 200 steps to reach the galeries in New Oxford.

Any questions ... ?

Hahahahaha! Bloody Tower4 bringing the area down! lol I saw them hanging round the Billton TP the other night drinking cheap strong cider and shouting obseneties to anyone who passed by! =D
