hi,

does bp qr still matters when u craft on full condition [bar is red]?
will 100 qr bp and 1 qr bp have the same results while crafting on full condition?

Not a lot, but your professional levels+BP rating+condition setting determine your average result, so even if you set condition, it will have a ridicilously small influence. Of course it being in red, you won't be able to tell the difference though.

qr, skills, moving the slider with consideration and such are made for crafting 'pro'. Full condition, bar in red is a separate game, a gamble, where skills and qr cease to matter too much, it evens out the game between ubers and newbs alike, in the sense they're all lose like suckers if clicking nonstop on full condition.
