FYI: EForum RSS Is Slow

I made a thread in one of the sections i was subscribed to and it didn't appear in google reader until several hours later. I don't know if this is google reader's fault or just entropia forum. If it is EF's fault, please fix and speed it up since I would like to be up to date 24/7.

I agree on this, both in Firefox live bookmarks and Igoogle - it has problems.
