Little off topic but the guns you buy from the TT have like 2 dps, the mining gear? its a rookie finder. Theres nothing wrong with EP1 its a good addition imo, could even have been a technician BP but ep3 and especially ep4 however take so much money/markup away from the game its just a step too far. But just a case of MA pushing boundaries and going too far but not being able to fix it cus its rce so they cant take your bps away or nerf them. Everyone buying from TT and putting everything back into TT is dream case for MA but ofc game cant function on that alone.
OK, a little more offtopic.
Only MU that explo BPs has really killed is the MU for metal residue.
And yes things out of TT to play with is comparable to explo I+II -- 2pec and 20 pec / click.
Now lets look at other UL stuff used in hunting/mining.
UL amps for mining already beat explo III in turnover, cycle speed, and drop much better MU than just metal res.
And lets compare the prices for UL high end guns and high end amps vs value of Explo VI BP.
Yes the guns and amps cost definately a lot more than the Explo IV BP, simply because this guns and amps give direct advantage in the competition about good loots, while Explo IV just offers the option to cycle PED faster in a crafting gamble for the ATH.
Its not the Explo IV BPs that flood the market with resources.
Its the hunters and miners using only UL gear, that flood the market with resources, which kills the MUs.
Only thing that comes from Explo IV crafting is residue, and occationaly some gems, which are only used in tiering.
So UL users use this gems to tir their UL gear to make it even more efficent and flood market with even more resources, where only a very small amount of it will be used for crafting the enhancer they use.
Yeah, sure its all the Explo IVs fault, that today nearly everyone can afford and use UL gear.
Its all Explo IV fault, that nobody ever again will use low/mid level L FAPs since we have S10 and ModEKs.
Its all Explo IV fault, that nobody could craft fairly efficent mid level gear from weapons book2, simply because no generic components in loot.
Guys like you really understand nothing from economy.
To have a working economy, we need crafting items that actually get used, but there is nearly nothing left that gets used on a regular base.
OK, we have Armatrix now and enhancers and surely a few other things.
And the impact on MU since we have armatrix is already visible.
We just need more of such high efficent crafted things.
A few examples:
- crafted ModFAP L
- crafted Pills
- crafted top end guns comparable to THE TERMINATOR or the new FEN Edition guns
If we would have this, it would be used a lot, simply because it would be the best you can get, speak many would craft it, paying MU for the resources needed.
But this top end things dont come from crafting, this top end things is mainly in hunting loot or rewards for hunting events.
So why even bother to craft anything else than explo IV, when crafting is only a gamble vs TT to go for that damn ATH.
And nobrainers like you always claim its Explo IV that killed the economy, while in fact the UL gear with no competitive crafted L alternatives is the real problem.
