Long story short something odd at work and it got me thinking what happens if there is an accident? Is there a way to have Mindark agree to a will and my avatar go to my wife? Does she need to make her own avatar and my items and LA deed go to her?

Kind of a messed up or odd topic I realize that. However, it also occurred to me that this is a serious thing we need to consider when playing EU. What happens to our investments and avatars if we meet an untimely end?

On EUs website in the TOS there is information on what you need to do. You will basically need to assign your wife executor to your account. You can start this off by initiating email correspondence. Make sure you both have all your ID's up to date and sent through to them also. No fake info.

It may also be helpful to have someone you trust in game as a contact to help guide on how to sell things, work out values etc.
