Hello everyone!
Now that I’ve reached my first tridecime (thirteen comics), I feel that I’m ready to introduce my webcomic to the Entropian community. If you don't feel like reading, skip this post into the survey and contest below.
The idea came to me one afternoon while sweating at Nea’s.
I was just about to cut my virtual wrists out of sheer boredom when I suddenly understood what was wrong with Calypso: it had absolutely no humor! (Nothing official, at least). I decided that, if people were being bored to tears, I should be the one to at least make them sneer.
Don’t think that I didn’t go looking for websites full of Entropian jokes.
I did find some, but they were desperately outdated! Every magazine had fallen into oblivion. And the very few comics I found were mere samples at best.
With so many stories of utter failure I decided to compromise on one comic per week. That way, I wouldn’t have the pressure of approaching deadlines and I could almost guarantee a steady stream of comics.
So, with that in mind, I built a website and made a few comics.
I first published a teaser on March 13th and decided to make a special one for today, June 13th. The best part is that you don’t have to worry about it suddenly becoming inactive. If I were to die today, the webpage would automatically publish one comic per week until the middle of July.
Anyway, I didn’t just open this thread to make some publicity (although that is mainly the goal), I’m also including a survey and a contest!
