EU window doesnt open...

Hi,
I have recently been having a major problem with connecting to EU. When i open client loader, it is very slow to load, and takes much longer than normal to load the items on the page. Then, however, when i click to 'launch' the EU window momenterily opens, but then dissapears instantainiously. Sometimes it does not open at all, and instead the client loader closes its self.
I use windowed mode, with the full graphics and colour settings, antialiasing at 4X AA, aspect ratio is Auto. I have played around with the settings, but the same result still occurs.
Both my firewalls are set to allow EU.
What might i be able to do to solve this issue?

That was the support case i sent to MA on friday, but MA being MA they have yet to reply... Now im asking you
All my specs are fine for EU to run, i have checked thoroughly, and neither of my firewalls dont block EU... :\
Can anyone offer me some suggestions please?

Try disabling AA. If you are using vista make sure you right click the icon and select "run as administrator"
