Gamer Girl
ERS IC CLEARLY

I met a gamer girl
On planet Calypso.
I was a noob,
But she was a legend.

I was clad in noob orange,
And she in fine silver.
Her angel armor glistened,
Almost as much as her heart.

She became my mentor,
And I her apt student.
We left Port Atlantis,
In search of lesson one.

Snablesnots shot acid through their two trunks,
Exarosaurs groaned at our intrusion.
We pressed on, deeper into the wild of Eudora
In search of God knows what.

Green toothy atroxes greeted us on the trek.
But my gamer girl barbecued them all.
There were metal megalomaniac drones,
Warriors that lit the screen up with laser fire.
My gamer girl kicked their metal cans with ease.

She dressed me in yellow pixie armor.
Paper with just a hint of plastic.
I died a little less while wearing it.
I was given an opalo rifle,
And I could hunt harmless chirpies
Like the professional I was.

The swirlies came and we hit the jackpot.
No, it wasn’t the loot that was good.
It was the love that began,
And that gave us an All Time High.
