Question: Generic Fuse is an obsolete game item?

Hello, I use to play entropia on regular basis, but i left the game years ago, I remember having this HOF from Umbranoids I think that was the name back them where one of the items looted was a stack of 10 Generic Fuse, I heard was for hangars. What i want to know if someone remembers that kind of loot, and if still is on use for anything? Thanks in advance for your help!
