Just wondering if anyone has the same problem and was able to correct it ?

Same problem , you have to run in window mode , i tried many things , only that one worked.

Why using win 8.1 .. you can get a free win 10, what is way better as the 8.1 version.

The free upgrade lasts for 1 year after that you have to buy it

Are you sure that isn't-

Upgrade is offered for free for the first year and anyone who doesn't download it by then will have to pay for it?

:)

This is a bit offtopic, but I'd like to correct this common misconception.

The upgrade to Windows 10 is free if you do it within a year of the release date. (If you wait longer than that you'll have to pay for the upgrade to Window 10, it won't be offered for free after that.)

BUT - once your system is upgraded to Windows 10, there is no further cost for updates.

See this article:

This is more than a one-time upgrade: once a Windows device is upgraded to Windows 10, we will continue to keep it current for the supported lifetime of the device – at no cost.
As linked in this Forbes article: http://www.forbes.com/sites/gordonkelly/2015/06/17/windows-10-free-for-1-year-what-happens-next/

Once you upgrade within the first year for free, its yours forever at no additional cost.
. . .
Windows 10 remains a perpetual license, which means, you can upgrade to Windows 10 and use it forever without it expiring or going into any reduced functional mode.

If you want to discuss this further, I'll move this to a new thread so as not to de-rail this one.

i was able to avoid black screens by using afterburner, tracker would always be black in full screen. but of course afterburner is manual screenshot

Use fraps, is the easiest way.

Thanks for the info. Not a big deal as it is on a laptop that I don't use that much. I have also seen that the screen shots do not work when using WIN 10. Has that been fixed or it is still a problem ?
