Help: gold card lost!

I am without my gold card for 5 days. My little kid take card and drope somewhere and noone dont know where it is! Now I have only nice card reader without card:ahh: What I have to do:scratch2:
 
Support case, wait for new card... ... pretty simple. GL!

yep support case it. they may ask you to send I.D and make you pay for new card

Punish the kid by having it click 100k filters for you once MA send you a replacment :laugh:

As said, you have to contact MA, by support or something to get a new one. You'll quite sure have to pay for it and you have to wait for it :(

Ahh kids they do have a knack for causing trouble, GL hope u don't have to wait too long for your replacement.
 
... and make sure to keep the replacement well out of reach :D
 
1. Do a good search in the house (toy boxes may be a good idea)
2. Use torture to make the kid remember where the card is (only a cruel joke)
3. Don't know how old the kid is, but I wouldn't leave password on a piece of paper next to PC if I were you since the kid has a GC ;) And put reader in some spot kid can't get to...
4. Possibly the card seems a good toy or it was taken to attrack your attention :scratch2: wouldn't play EU when the kid is watching if I were you :laugh:


But being serious, do a support case and get new card. Shouldn't be a problem. Just make sure you don't leave it in the range of the child again.
 
Also, don't forget to file a policereport? after all, it is a valuable piece of controlled access equipment that should never be left unguarded

Kid is just under a 3 year old! I tried to make a conversation (promise some new stuff as Batmen or something like that), but without result!

Maybe they both with my wife starting attack my MA carrier:D

OK! I'll give a one more chance for him today as: give me card, and I give you new toy, or I'll buy new toy (mean card) for myself:wtg:

Tell him that you had a talk with the monster that lives under the bed....that he is very angry, and wants his card back.

Tactics like this worked on me as a kid...and see... I turned out just fine.

If you tell him this, he will start to play shooters to get better against monesters and you will end up with a pro PK in the house. I would be carefull :laugh:

Mate, try to search kid's boxes with toys and places where he hides things. Kids usually have spots they consider good to hide treasures and I bet he takes the card as a treasure he got on you ;) like a HoF.
 
If you have a cat I would check liter box
Dog check yard
If child is potty training well I think you can fig. that one out!!

Maybe this kid is smarter than you think.

Maybe jacking your GC was his way of saying:

"You spend too much time on that @#%@% game when you should be spending it with me".

My advice...

Set the kid up an account in EU so you can have some quality family time once again.:computer:
 
Check behind couch cushions, and around edges of couch cushions near the arms of the couch. :)

at least that is where I always find the remotes after the kids have them. :D

Did you try showing him/her a bank card or credit card for a visual reference? Might help spark a memory! :)

Now I am thinking about this, but two evenings in row kid ask me like that: when we kill some mobs?

I have a suspicion now that behind all this thriller stay my wife:boxer:

New ideas:

1. Kid -> tell him you can kill some mobs if he finds your card. Show bank card to refresh memory of the shape. And if he finds your card let him shoot (just go to some soft mob place and give him low level gun to shoot of some exos on his own).

2. Wife -> "Hun, do you realize this is RCE? I just HoFed a big time and wanted to buy a new *enter name*".

Just don't mix that up. Won't work if you tell your wife you will let her shoot and promise your kid a new fridge lol.

for "enter name" choose one of the following:
- expensive toy for a kid
- new plasma TV
- fridge
- washing mashine
- take you on clothes shopping

If I look to your gender, I have to keep in mind your opinion! It is the possible way of my wife's thoughts:yay:

Maybe I can offer to wife try some haircuts or update some of my clothes in EU:scratch2:

I've heard to can use any smart card, credit card, debit etc on it and still generate a code. Never tried it myself, likely not to work.
know the card is possible to be used to access some security things. MA haven't given us the key to our gold accounts, they've given us the key to all of Sweden's air defence!

good luck getting a new card, if they charge, they will take PED, you can ask them to disable your gold account so you get ordinary login in case you want to play while waiting for the replacement. Not sure if it means a new reader though.
 
I do believe if you log into your account on www.entropiauniverse.com that you can remove the gold card from your account. That way you can still log in while you wait for your new gold card to arrive :D

Its possible, but I am afraid that's not really safe. After one of my friends got hacked, I preffer to wait new card!
 
it could have been worse .. imagine .. you log in ... and phone rings ... while ure away your kid throws all your stuff into tt :D

No, that will definitely not work.
"Everything" is in the card, the reader just reads the card.
So even if that other card would happen to use the same algorithm (cc don't), you wouldn't get a code you could log in with :)

I don't thinnk that is automatic. I believe that MA will require you to submit proof of who you are prior to allowing the GC to be removed from the account. At least that is the way it was some months ago and if that has changed then the gold card is worthless because anyone that obtains your password can log onto the website, deactivate the gold card, adn take over your avatar.
