Graduation not processing

I'm posting on my husband's behalf, as I'm nowhere near graduation with my avatar. He has recently attained 600 in surveying and his mentor says that his screen is showing that he is stuck at 96.2. I have been told relogging should update the information but that isn't working, if anyone would be able to assist in this dilemma we would be very grateful.

The percentage only updates once a day, if he reached 600 today he will see the progress change once the daily update is done. I don't remember what time that update occurs.

If he has been stuck longer than a day you may need to have him open a support ticket with MA.
